About Anna Olszowka Khosravi

My experimentation with drawing began in high school when scribbles, zigzags, flourishes and teacher's lecture were spilling out of my notebooks. Later I became fascinated with colour and its ability to enhance and enrich so many aspects of our lives. I also feel that travel has had a strong bearing on my work by exposure to various landscapes, people, cultures, arts and crafts, helping me to develop curiosity and giving openness in exploring the countless possibilities that paint and brush can provide.

In my work I aim to create the dramatic and vibrant fusion of colour, pattern and texture.
